Post subject: Motion to have "Voo Juice" renamed to "Cule F

Your Honor: As the plaintiff in this matter, I intend to give you the detailed facts on why I believe "Voo Juice" is actually just a masqueraded version of "Cule Fluid" and why I feel a motion to have the public rename this is in order.
Article 1) While it may have originally been Mr. Teaches idea to have "Jungle Juice" and/or a variant thereof, it was in fact me, Mr. Cule who hand-selected all the ingredients from Detroit's dirtiest liquor store. True "Jungle Juice" is made with bits of fresh fruit, and after Mr. Teach denied my request to substitute fruit with bits of hot dogs, a new variant was agreed to be created by both Mr. Teach and myself as fresh fruit was not available that day. Picking out random juices, 2 greens, 2 blues, 4 reds, the concoction known as "Voo Juice" was actually dreamed up by none other than myself.
Article 2) While Mr. Teach may have selected the "5 O' Clock Vodka!" it was actually me, who mixed all the ingredients together, and gave the go ahead to add Everclear to the liquid that day. I spent at least 6 minutes mixing the cocktail, and I had to do so rotating the mixture between three small pitchers until I believed, the beverage was homogeneous within all containers.
I believe, with my effort put into this remarkable, and possibly legendary beverage, I should choose the correct namesake for it. "Cule Fluid"

Counsel for the Defendant: I object your honor....pure speculation! Counsel clearly is exaggerating and has no proof whatsoever that the Liquor Store where this concoction was purchased, is indeed "Detroit's dirtiest Liquor store".
